Hey! It’s normal! Just that different mummies experience swelling at different stages of their pregnancy 😉 Jia you! I’m in a mummies Whatsapp groupchat and I got lots of info from the mummies there. Let me know if you’re keen to join;)

I got swollen feet and hands too... wear compression socks if you can and prop pillows under your feet/legs. Try not to walk too much too. It helped me . 👍💪 take care mummy !

Yes it's completely normal. Get worse in third trimester. Keep your legs a bit high on some pile of pillows, massage your feet and rest well.

Me too.. now at my 27 weeks, water retention is getting worse. I am really worry about pre-eclampsia... hence is monitoring closely.

Super Mum

Seems a bit early to have water retention. Pls check with your gynae if the swelling is constant.

Something i learn, eat more protein, less carbo. It will help to ease the swollen drastically!
