that's normal. you're appetite will start to pick up in week 14 depending your body since everyone goes through differently. you just need to find what food you're okay with. for me during my first tri i ate mostly maggie even though it's unhealthy but that was the only food my tummy can take. and keep yourself hydrate. fighting!

Sigh. I thought it will just turn off like a flick of the switch. I guess I need to lower my expectations. I can’t even eat my supplements. It all just looks/feels gross :(
