Week 13 and vomiting
I am at week 13 and vomiting my food at least once a day. It’s either lunch or dinner. I don’t have all day nausea, just outright vomiting. What should I do? :( I have phobia of eating now.

that's normal. you're appetite will start to pick up in week 14 depending your body since everyone goes through differently. you just need to find what food you're okay with. for me during my first tri i ate mostly maggie even though it's unhealthy but that was the only food my tummy can take. and keep yourself hydrate. fighting!
