baby body support for stroller & car seat

hi i was wondering if baby body support cushion is needed for newborn? i’m using keenz stroller & joie stages carseat. thanks!

I didn't use when using keenz just put the cushion only. But my doona has the baby support my baby outgrown in 1 month.
