Roaches ran over my baby body

I was watching my movies on my phone and saw a roach ran over my baby’s neck. And Now I’m paranoia. (Not sleeping and made my baby sleep on me) so to keep an eye because I’m super worried she will get infection and some of them can cause breathlessness. Anyone had this kind of experience before? She’s only 2 months plus.

Just shower her, should be okay. But yes, I saw a roach in my baby’s room when she was at that age, and was so upset too
