Utrogestan prescription in 27 weeks

I was prescribed utrogestan today due to spotting this morning. Just wanna know any of u take and does it affect fetus movement or harm the baby?

Doc won’t prescribe if it’s harmful or at least it’s at a safe intake level for baby and mummy
