Hi momma! try these, get plenty of rest (tiredness can make nausea worse) avoid foods or smells that make you feel sick. Eat something like dry toast or a plain biscuit before you get out of bed. eat small, frequent meals of plain foods that are high in carbohydrate and low in fat (such as bread, rice, crackers and pasta).

Gyne have given me some medicine. But sometime I take the medicine I will still vomit. Also after take the medicine I will feel giddy like this end up will sleep for hours after that. A super strange feeling. I still have 4 more weeks to go. Hopefully I still can hang on there. As my first pregnancy almost the same end up admit to hospital for water dripping.
