When will insulin's peak?

I was diagnosed with GDM (failed 1st hr by 0.3mmol) and now I find it harder to maintain my blood sugar especially after meals. According to KKH after meals should be below 6.6mmol but I'm hanging around 7-7+ I'm now week 33 and will the spike cause any harm to my baby? And how to control my after meal bs despite only eating fist size portions of carbs for main meals with no snacks.#pleasehelp #firstbaby #FTM #firsttimemom #gdm #33weeks #GestationalDiabetes

Watch what you eat/drink/snack. Go for a good 30mins stroll after every meal. It helps.
