13weeks spotting

Hi! I was 12 weeks pregnant when I had spotting while pooping. It stopped, and I told my OB. She advised me to bed rest and gave me medication to help with the pregnancy. Five days later, we had a transvaginal ultrasound, and the baby was okay with a heartbeat, but there was some bleeding. The doctor said it was a hemorrhage, which I'm not familiar with since this is my second pregnancy, and I didn't experience this with my first. My OB advised me to continue bed rest and take Duphaston 3x a day, as I am at risk of miscarriage. Now, I’m 13 weeks pregnant, and after my check-up three days ago, I had spotting again. I saw it when I wiped with tissue, but it was gone after washing. Has anyone here experienced something like this? TYIA
