my milk supply suddenly decreased...

hello I just wanted to know po if you know any suppliers for lactation juice or snacks in Baguio, 1month na po si LO pero yesterday afternoon napansin ko biglang bumaba supply ko, dati po po kasi naka direct si LO sa isang breast ko then ung kabila naka milksaver, and let down ko po aabot ng 50ml after ko mag feed usually ng hhand express pa po ako kasi madami pang lumalabas, but yesterday until today wala na po akong nilalabas na let down at kahit mag hand express ako max lang po ng nakukuha ko is 30ml unlike the past weeks na aabot pa ng 90-150ml kaya medjo nakakagulat kasi biglaaan pong nawala :( ano po kaya rason bakit biglang bumaba supply ko is that normal?

Hi mommy, I think your body is adjusting your milk production according to what your LO only needs at the moment. 🙂 Nasa adjustment stage pa yung body mo ngayon, kumbaga nangangapa pa siya kung gaano ba kadami dapat niya i-produce for your baby. Since your nearing the 6 week mark (which is by that time steady na yung supply mo) kaya nawawala na yung let down and mas konti na-hahand express mo. 😊 If your baby is not fussy naman and you feel that he’s happy and contented when he feeds, has regular wet and soiled diapers then you shouldn’t worry. 😊
