During first trimester

I want to ask about my pregnancy,my first trimester,almost 4days i haven't pass motion yet..any experience for this condition? Please i need suggestion.. Thank you ?

mine was 5days! i ate prune...& my stool is hard had a tough time battling in the toilet just tryna poop.
