worried

hello, i just wanna question if it's possible to get pregnant without any symptoms. im having it with my bf regularly and now 3 months na po akong delayed. 3 times na ko nag pt (2 negative and the latest one was invalid) meron akong konting cramps pero other than that wala na kong ibang signs. what am i possibly encountering? help mums.
