Cut down on ice cream. Consuming too much sugary isn’t healthy ;) pregnancy can get diabetes too . Replacement on oats , Low fat Milk , wheat bread ( half a slice so won’t feel so bloated before sleep ) , yoghurts , blueberries etc. fruits (apple, pear, types of berries ) , protein meat, fully cooked salmon, pasta , fish soups , yoghurt w fruits , homemade fruits + milkshake , healthy fruit juices , Baked potato , sweet potato , cereals etc Jiayou mummy:)
sound like u having bb girl? refrain from eating too much junk food, eat crunchy fruits (e.g. apple) instead, gives u satiety and it will set your body and taste bud right
