Perhaps you can have like materna milk, oatmeal, wholemeal bread, rice with right amount of protein, carbs, veg, etc. You can also have some energy bar, bread with milo/ovaltine. Try some fresh fruit juices too. As long as you dont skip meals. Always have light breakfast, snack in between then lunch and dinner. If you wait too long to be hungry that causes too much wind/bloated then when you try to eat you feel like vomitting.
Same here! Facing the exact same thing. I used to skip breakfast but can't afford to do that now. In between lunch and dinner I'll try to snack dry biscuits, fruits or some savoury stuff depending on your taste bud 😂. Good luck mummy!
