milk bottle semi dried

Can i use a milk bottle that is semi dry to prepare milk? Or should use a fully dried milk bottle?

If u have sterilized ur milk bottles using boiling water or sterilizer, there will be no issue with the water remaining in bottle as all bacteria has been destroyed.
