I understand that some mother's have diarrhea a few days/weeks before labour. How long is it supposed to last?

Currently at week 30 and I've been having baby-like poop (i.e soft/watery yellow) for the past 3 days. Not sure if it's a sign of pre-term or stomach virus. Help?
