Not necessarily. Some parents managed to register before baby is born. Once born, parents will submit the BC and baby can start infant care at 2 months old. Good timing to prepare us working mothers after the 16weeks ML
It depends. Some infant care has empty spots, so u can enrol right away! My IFC has one last empty spot when we asked, so my baby enrol during the beginning of the month! Just nice before I went back to work
