exchange points for gifts
I tried to exchange the points in this forum for the baby photo frame. However, it has been 1 month and i didnt receive anything. Any mummies who encounter this before?

Me! I redeem smtg too and it didnt reach me. I just think of it as the mail is lost under Singpost. I emailed TAP too and ask if it's possible for me to get my points back bcs I did not receive my reward, but they havent get back to me.
