2nd pregnancy P2

I took a test on the 27th Nov, it had a faint line. so I went to a doctor to confirm on the 5th Dec and yes it says I'm pregnant. so I made an appointment to see kkh on 16th Dec, but when did scan it only showed the yolk sag with water bag. ——————— So I went to the gynae yesterday, 2 weeks after my last on the 16th Dec. And the scan still just shows a sac!!!! the doctor said to come in 2weeks later again and give baby time to grow cos the sac did grow in size by abit, but if it's still a sac it's smth called a chemical pregnancy? any mummies went thru this before?
