Public route delivery matters
I took the public route and currently 6 weeks pregnant. I have been consuming folio acid from my clinic and not sure if I should change brand. Any recommendations? Also, what supplements should I consume during my first trimester? Now awaiting gynae appointment, as it will be in another months time which is very long.. need assistance..
For now just take folic acid which is much more important for your baby. Any brands will do. Remember to take it daily every morning. I will not take any other supplements without my gynae's prescription because not everyone is suitable to take. Of course your gynae will access your health first before prescribing any supplements. Normally you can start taking multivitamins or obimin which will be prescribed to you when you're nearly into your 2nd trimester. So don't worry about not taking other supplements. Folic acid is sufficient for now.

I think any brand will do. My gynae advice me to take 5mg folic acid once a day after knowing my pregnancy while waiting for my first appointment.
i consumed the folic acid pills i bought from guardian. but pls check with your gynae before taking them
1st trimester just take folic acid. Nothing else. And don’t need any brand.
