Is this positive clear?

I took my first pt nov. 20+ and it was faint positive, while this one I took this pt earlier in the morning. Pero ang process sa pagresult sa pangalawang PT ko is slowly ang pag appear sa isang line. Sabi ng friend ko hindi na daw valid ang PT once 3 to 5mins na ang result. Dapat talaga mag appear sha directly. Is this consider a positive or invalid?
