Exercise after epidural

Hi i took epidural during labour.. Now i m having very bad back aching.. is there any exercise that i can do to recover?

I had epidural too, but I heard the back pain is not from epidural but from carrying and taking care of baby. I'm having bad back and neck pain too :(. A deep tissue massage should be able to help
