I had epidural too, but I heard the back pain is not from epidural but from carrying and taking care of baby. I'm having bad back and neck pain too :(. A deep tissue massage should be able to help
Can try post natal massage. The lady will go over your house and massage you. I did not experience any backache problems so far.
