I took an alcohol in my third weem of pregnancy because i didnt know i wa pregnant. Im so aftaid now

most resources will tell you if you took alcohol without knowing you're pregnant at the early stages, baby will be fine! I didnt know I was 4 weeks pregnant when I went on holiday, so for 2 weeks straight I drank a glass or two of alcohol every meal. that's like more than 15 servings 🥲 at 6 weeks when I found out, I immediately cried thinking I'm killing my baby 😭 told my gynae and she said it should be ok, since it was so early on. baby is doing very healthy now btw ❤️ just stop drinking alcohol from now on 😉
