When to schedule first appointment?

I just tested positive this morning and should be in my 4th-5th week. When should I schedule my first prenatal appointment? Anything to look out for until my the appointment?#firsttimemom

You can schedule your appt should you have you preferred hospital/gynae. Alternatively, you can go poly for referral and therefore be under subsidy patient. However, it may be only between 6 to 9 weeks that this scan will be done. They will check for sac/fetus of baby and subsequently book you for upcoming other appts.

Of course you can, you just have to go to poly and request for referral. you can let them know the preferred choice of hospital for referral. For me it was either NUH or KKH. And both hospital Ive taken for two pregnancy on different years.
