zincofer & obimin pluz

can i take zincofer (medicine for anemia during pregnancy) alongside with obimin pluz? can take simultaneously or need to gap few hours between these two?

No need to take both unless advise by doc. Obimin already contains the same vit n nutrient that consists in zincofer.
