zincofer & obimin pluz

can i take zincofer (medicine for anemia during pregnancy) alongside with obimin pluz? can take simultaneously or need to gap few hours between these two?

Cannot take both bcz u will suffer with constipation. If your HB is low, u should take zincofer. If not, u can take obimin..

No need to take both unless advise by doc. Obimin already contains the same vit n nutrient that consists in zincofer.

xperlu sis...just take either one.jika berlebihan akan jadi toksid dalam badan..

zincofer lebih pd keperluan zinc. tp still ada keperluan obimin dlm nya
