Effect To baby?

I take paracetamol last night 1 tablets because severe headache. I also take stop vomit tablet 1 because severe vomiting. Does it got any effect to baby ? Thanks for your feedback.

PCM is safe during pregnancy so no probs u take it and it's wine effect the baby
