Any Mummies Stop Taking Prenatal Supplements Due To Allergy?

I stopped talking obimin supplements due to allergy for few weeks and wondering will it affect my baby? Worry that my baby will be lacking of some nutrients or vitamins but I cant do much as once I take my rashes will flare up.
