Tips to pee less at night

i stop drinking water abt 6pm+ but I’m still waking up to pee abt 3-4 times a night. Its impossible to get a good continuous sleep :( any tips to help with this?

I don't think there is any ways to help. I also go 3-4 times a night. On good nights when I'm very tired also 2 times. I never had continuous sleep for a long time.
