I just started taking coconut oil and I keep having cough and difficulties in breathing and also my face turn red and my palm itchy~ anyone have this problem before ? URGENTLY Seek help !!! I notice my lo has been coughing like me too, is it bcos I breastfeed him?

Oh dear! Sounds like an allergic reaction indeed. My aunt is super allergic to coconut oil and she exhibited the same symptoms. Agree with the mommy above, stop taking the oil! Glad you made it to the A&E and that you feel better. Get well soon mommy!
