Is it common for 2 year old girl to start masturbating: stretching and stiffening up ?

I started noticing my toddler stretching and stiffening up her legs about 2 months ago. She keeps doing it whenever she is seated on high chair or sofa. I think this brings her comfort in a way ? Do you have similar experience ?

From what I researched it is not related to sexual pleasure for this age. It is more like becoming aware of their body and organ. She has not been touching and playing her sensitive area though. She has been stretching and stiffening up her legs.
