I started feeling fatigue and feel like to vomit and back pain to on top of that i got cold

I experience all of those symptoms and I think it's normal. Ginger tea is what a doctor friend recommended for nausea. For the cold, I think more water and fruits with vit c. Honey lemon with warm water. If not gone for few days pls consult your gynae.☺️
