Cus body starting to gain weight and too much walking thus effects your back bone. Every night try to lift up your legs high so that blood flows can circulate well. Else.. you may be facing with a swollen foot later + back pain. On my first-tri, i gain weight a lot. 5kg in two weeks. And caused my foot swollen and i suffer a legs cramp along with back pain. Really painful. And I practice to sleep on my right side only. So i dont put so much weight on my back bone. And don’t forget to keep hydrated when you love to walk around.

i only feel it during my 3rd trimester.. but in my first tri, i can't sit for more than 1 hour.
