Sleep quality getting worse at 2nd tri

I slept quite well in 1st tri though waking up to eat sometimes. Now entering 2nd tri and I can't fall asleep or wake up 4-5 times and cannot sleep again. Worried lack of rest would affect baby? Is this normal? #advicepls #1stimemom

Every pregnancy is different. Usually the sleep quality will only get worse as you will urine frequently at night in 3rd trimester. Not to worry so much, you just rest whenever you can
