Just Mums

Need advice

I do sit for hours in front of computer due to work nature. Now during my 18weeks+ each time I stood from the chair I feel sharp pain on lower abdominal is it normal? It last about few seconds still I stood straight. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy

I also had such pain 1-2 times when I continuosly sat for longer time in same position. As am on wfh I switch my working place, sometimes couch or I work standing. I also walk every 15-20 min.
