Clean and dry bottle and pump parts on the go?

I saw websites selling UV Sterilizer bags but how do we clean and dry bottle and pump parts while on the go..?

Find places with hot water, after washing (bring along your own cleansing liquid and collapsible bowl) then put all the parts in to sterilise. After that use your own paper towel or tissue to wipe dry.
