Brown spots after 2 episodes of bleeding

I saw brown spots this morning and a while ago. Probably due to my uncontrollable cough as I was pouring water from a full jar. That means my uterus is really weak :(. Freaked out and rested on bed as much as possible. 😞 Is it a Major concern? (At week 17 after 2 episodes of bleeding and hospitalisation)
