isit safe to pray during hungry ghost month?

I recently heard that is not safe to go out during this month especially i am on my third trim as those things will disturb my baby or find replacement, but i rmb i pray and burn offering during the first day of the 7 month, so i am quite scared actually.. will it affect my baby?

It all boils down to religious beliefs, if it worries you then skip the praying for this year. Going out with the pandemic around is more dangerous than this in my own opinion. Stay away from whatever worries you, stay safe.
