Can I kiss my baby if I have hsv1?

I am recently diagnosed to have hsv1 but there are a lot of uncertainties and questions. 1. Can I kiss my baby if I don't have any sores? 2. Can I pump and feed my baby with breast milk? 3. What are some signs to look out for if I'm not safe to touch or to play with my baby? 4. What are some signs to look out for if I should not be feeding my baby? It's really quite stressful having to deal with this. Really appreciate the help that I can get.
