suggest no chemicals even in any skincare , toothpaste etc as it will interupt wth chomosome and increase chances that the baby will have some sort of syndrome abnormality due to everything good and bad in or on our skins will be absorb by the skin will.also absorb by the bby. i also changed my skincare using all natural cleansers and moisturisers. change my shower gels no no chemicals options and chanhed my toothpaste to prenatal toothpaste.
