Spotting on my 2nd pregnancy i guess?

i really don't know if I'm pregnant, but i had spotting last week (not much) 2 days only. so i used pregnancy test then it's positive. what's that mean?#advicepls

if nag positive sa pt, then you're pregnant po. maybe implantation bleeding yung spotting na naranasan mo :)
