Starving at Week 32

Hello! I read that pregnant mummies typically eat lesser in their 3rd trimester due to the lack of space. I’m at Week 32 now and I feel like I’m always hungry! Any mummies experienced the same thing? (I ate lesser in 1st trimester and then normal portion in the 2nd).

Yes Mummy! Super normal to go more hungry especially during 3rd trimester since the baby is growing and would be needing more nutrients. Just make sure to still monitor yung calorie intake, drink lots of fluid and make sure you eat healthy. :)

Hey Mama! It’s totally normal. You may be eating smaller portions but you’ll definitely need more frequent meals!
