No appetite

I just reached 12 weeks yesterday. I used to eat regular meals & my appetite was good. But today, I'm hungry, ordered some food but wasn't able to enjoy and didn't finish my food at all. why I feel like my appetite is decreasing :(

I am in second trimester... Still no appetite. I am eating for the sake of eating... Not enjoying.. Each pregnancy is different. Hope u will get better in 2nd trimester.

Guess it’s very common, slowly get your appetite back, trimester 2 was very good usually!

You are still in the phase where food is a necessity and not enjoyable. It will Get better

Its quite normal to experience food aversions as its one of the pregnancy symptoms.

same. my appetite is v bad during 1st tri. got better during 2nd tri

Is normal. Can ask ur gynae description some medicine to help u
