White noise

I play white noise on Spotify to put my bb to sleep (naps and bedtime). Should I leave the white noise on throughout when bb is sleeping? Or should I turn it off after bb falls asleep?

When my baby was a newborn and had difficulties sleeping, I used to turn on white noise. I enjoy listening to music on Apple Music. I use https://musconv.com to transfer playlists from Spotify to Apple Music. When transferring playlists between platforms, this website is fantastic.
