First gynae appointment during 14 weeks

I only managed to get my first gynae appointment at the hospital next month. I will be about 14 weeks pregnant by then. should I be concern? tried to get an earlier slot but it's all full. :(

u might want to change to another gynae.. as there is a first trimester screening that required to be done by week 13.. beyond week 14 the only option left is NIPT.. and oso from week 13 onwards the doc will prescribe u with multivitamin (that has folic acid) + DHA fish oil to help in the baby development..
