I now see 2 teeth protruding on my 5-m.o. baby's upper gum. Is it too early or just on time?

A majority of babies sprout their first tooth when they are between 4 and 7 months old. Both of my kids had their first tooth cut off (lower gum) at 4 months old. Thus, it is normal for your baby to have her first tooth at 5 months old, although the norm for the first tooth to erupt is around 8-12months.
