hi u can have some daily fiber drinks and buy some duphalac from pharmacy which help to soften your poop.
try taking dates, prunes. it really helps alot to avoid getting constipation.
I take milk and apples with skin on, banana, brown rice and wholemeal bread.
Do consume stool softener, 'duphalac Syrup' is safe & mild for preggers
