Diarrhea and nausea 37 weeks

I now at 37weeks and plan csect in 2 weeks time..Is diarrhea and nausea is a sugn of labour?Been in and out of toilet for more than 5 times..and vomit twice..Should i be panic?or is it just food poisoning? :((
