Tiny bump on front fontanel of 10 month old baby

I noticed small bump on his top head couple of days back. It seems its the soft spot area which is hard now. It's noticeable only if I touch with hand.

Hey mummy don’t touch it! It’s e brain! I ever asked PD before and got warned not to touch as PD said babies are still young and they doesn’t have much hair (for my baby) so is for visible to see e bump!
